P: How long does it take for anuice® to cure hemorrhoids?

It all depends on the conditions and on how advanced is the disease. Our estimate says that internal hemorrhoids take from 2 to 3 weeks to go away, while external hemorrhoids take from 3 to 4 weeks. It is important to consider, during the treatment, that a solution for the conditions that caused hemorrhoids must be found, in order to make anuice®’s action completely effective; said conditions can include constipation, spend long hours sitting, and eating spicy, irritating foods, among others. The user must be patient: an alternative like surgery, besides being expensive, is extremely painful.

P: Should I take the device out from its case before putting it in the freezer?

No, the device must be kept inside its container when put in the freezer.

P: For how long should the device be kept in the freezer before using it?

For at least two hours. It must be always kept in the freezer, this way the user makes sure the device will be ready when they need to use it again.

P: Does the applicator cause slight pains when inserted in the rectum?

No. Apply lubricant to the little tube part on the device and insert it carefully. A little nuisance could be felt for a few seconds.
